Important: Crash reports do NOT include your notes, images, recordings, or any personal content. Only technical diagnostic data is collected.

- Usage analytics or behavioral tracking

Stored on Your Device
The following is stored only on your device and never transmitted to us:
- Notes you create (text, formatting, styles)
- Images you attach to notes
- Audio recordings you make
- Folders and organizational structure
- App preferences and settings
- Hidden vault PIN (stored encrypted)
App Permissions
We request only minimum permissions necessary:
Note: Camera, microphone, and biometric permissions are optional. You can deny them and still use core note-taking features.

We use one third-party service to improve app quality:
Firebase Crashlytics (Google)
Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports and diagnostic data to help us identify and fix bugs. This service is provided by Google LLC.

Crash reports sent to Firebase are retained according to Google's data retention policies and do not contain any of your personal content.

Right to Portability: Export notes via backup feature.
Crash Data: Contact us to request deletion of any crash data associated with your device.

You may request information about data we hold by contacting us.
Luma Notes does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Since notes are stored locally and crash reports are anonymous, the app is safe for users of all ages.

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
